We are beyond thankful for the help we received here from the doctors and other staff members. These people genuinely care about their patients. They are tremendously compassionate and so very informative at this ER. The staff here genuinely care for our sick kitty, and prepared us for whatever may come with her, while enabling us to give her the fighting chance she is striving for. They are angels who wear veterinary scrubs. God bless them!
I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff members. All procedures and costs were explained in detail. The veterinarian was very professional and returned to explain the discharge notes. The fees were not only reasonable but less than I paid to a regular vet who did far less and left me with an unresolved problem. The vet technician was even kind enough to carry my dog out to my car!!! I wish the offered regular services. I would rate them 5+. Lada and I both thank Treasure Coast Animal Hospital.

We took our 13 year old Maltese who was short of breath. They put her right in oxygen cage and Dr Cail was extremely thorough. Unfortunately she had to have fluid drained from her lungs and they found a tumor, so not good news. But she received very good care, they brought in an ultrasonographer within a couple hours and discovered the problem. Dr Cail was patient, very clear and informative with all our questions. It was expensive but not sure what to compare to. Very happy to have this place so close.
My poor sweet dog of 13 years was tragically/fatally struck by a vehicle on Thursday. I found the receiving Vet tech or assistant to be very sweet and helpful the veternarian was awful. Zero bedside manner, zero compassion and was unwilling to perform the most basic exam without having a large amount of money immediately even suggesting I call for fiancing before he would provide even an exam. The worst experience, the most uncaring Drs. That I have ever had contact with.
To those who complain about payment, every place requires you to pay up front, I'm sure because nobody would pay if there was a poor outcome ( which unfortunately happens). Doesn't mean they aren't caring, but it is a business and they need to cover costs of 24 hour care.
