Dr. Lisa and Mike are the best! We've had other good vets over the years but Dr. Lisa and Mike are the most caring vets we've seen. They take time to explain everything. Dr. Lisa is excellent and we are confident our dog is in good hands.
Dr Renee is Excellent, Caring and Compassionate. She truly cares for animals, I could tell that from the moment she greeted us in the exam room. She listened to everything I said and didn't rush me or become impatient in any way. She performed all the proper tests and did an outstanding job for us. The entire staff were excellent as well. A great place to take your fur family members. These are people you can trust. I'm very glad I found them.
I'm a new dog owner, I've always had cats and I know about cats I do not know a lot about dogs,. I've had a lot of questions and I've called the office many times. Every time I've called, everyone was so nice and understanding. I feel bad that I call so much but my dog wasn't acting right, the never made me come in all the time they have given me sugustions to help! I love that because I know that they are not out for money, the truly care about animals and that means the world to me. Dr. Lisa and the whole staff are extremely kind are patience with me. They not only help me with my questions but the give me confidence with me with my dog! I love Dr. Lisa and Mike, as well as all the rest of the Staff! I wouldn't bring my dog a where else!!!
Excellent staff and I really liked and appreciated the time the doctor took to explain the condition of the little dog that was recently given to me. The pups health issues are real and serious, but the doctor was kind and realistic. Overall very good people.
Dr. Lisa is a wonderful vet and takes her time with you and your fur baby. Everyone at the office is compassionate and caring. I have had several dogs with complicated medical conditions and one requiring surgery and I am completely happy with the care given to my babies. My dog Jewels loves to go visit and see Mike. Unlike some animal hospitals that feel like a rushed ER, St. Francis is always friendly and timely, while still taking the time to make you feel cared for.
