Dr. Dan was so amazing with my dog! Unfortunately, the office double booked him and put us in with Dr. Sarah.... The worst vet I have ever dealt with. I say this because she refused to do a procedure she started on our dog because, and I quote, she will "not make enough money from the procedure to make it worth doing". Then lied 3 times directly to my face about what she had done so far.

Dr. Sarah was wonderful with my puppy and was very mindful of our budget when treating her, best experience ever and my puppy loved her and will have no problem going back the vet.

After talking with the doctor and trying to understand how someone could be so greedy and awful, I asked if my dog had been sedated as I was coming to get her to bring her to a vet that will actual treat the problem instead of trying to use their customers as a money pinata. I was told my dog was not sedated. When I arrived I was at first told I would have to wait for my dog as they were busy. I demanded her at once, when they brought her out she was clearly under sedation. So three times this horrible, wretch of a person lied about treatment and handling of my pet.

Around the corner and 3 hours later a more compassionate, and most likely, competent veterinary doctor was able to relive my dogs pain all while understanding that not everyone is a piggy bank waiting to be shattered and some people have limited funds to do the best they can for their animals. Using someones love of their pet and guilt as leverage to try and strong arm money out of them that they dont have after agreeing to something is just about the lowest form of human interaction.

Kat is amazing , she was so playful with my hound dog. Kat treated him as if he was her own. A big thank you to Kat!!!!! Dr. Dan was brilliant and super patient with my boy. Entire staff excellent !

A week later, when we dropped our dog off that AM for her extraction we asked about the necessity of some of the line items on the estimate. Specifically if a cleaning for $100+ and a blood work for dogs over 11 (shes 9) were what we needed and medically necessary as we have extremely limited funds. We were told by both the tech that morning, and the doctor herself that they were in fact not necessary and she would reduce the bill to show that, a few hours later she calls to ask if we are sure we dont want the cleaning, we again ask if it is medically necessary she says no. 15 minutes or so later she calls back and says that She wasn't making enough money off just an extraction and would not be treating our dog. I will repeat that. After removing the unneeded items that she padded the estimate with, that SHE said were not medically necessary, she was not making enough money. These were not things that we just said we were not doing for some arbitrary reason, I was unerringly clear that I would pay what it took to get our pet to a state where she was not in pain.

If I could give negative stars I would. If I could pay to take stars away I would. Dr. Sarah is the most vile, reprehensible "doctor" Ive ever encountered. First, after a brief "visit" which I was under the impression was to address the ACTUAL problem of a cracked rotten tooth, turned out to be for her to charge me fifty dollars for an office visit to make an appointment for a week later, even though when I made the original appointment TWO WEEKS PRIOR, I explained exactly what the issue was and that my dog was in pain and told that dental work is done on Wednesdays. She was in and out of the room so fast and never addressed the fact that my dog was in pain (the estimation after 20 seconds in the room was it was anxiety not pain), hands me a "estimate" for $500+ and bolts for the door. So for the next week my dog paced around panting and whining while being fed aspirin for babies.

Dr dan is a very competent and caring veterinarian . The staff is friendly and helpful . Prices are reasonable and they accommodate short notice . I would highly recommend dr dan and his office
