Stayed here 8/11-8/12 for a wedding. I was scheduled to check out at 11am but needed the room until 3:30 so I could get ready for the wedding have a place to wait until it started. Summer, at the front desk, went out of her way to change me to another room so I didn't have to leave so early, etc. So nice to be treated so well. Thank you Summer! This was my first time to Vero Beach and your hotel and I will definitely return because of your customer service and kindness.
Great cleaning and great people! A quiet hotel for some quite time to spend your vacation. Private beach! Coming back again
Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. Great place to stay on the beach, especially if intending to spend most of your time on the beach. The beds were comfortable and the room had a small kitchen. My only complaint is the size of the bathroom. The bathroom was so narrow and small it was challenging to change my clothes. I would have given this hotel 4 stars if the bathroom had been bigger.
Very friendly staff, make you feel at home. The hotel is wonderful, right on the beach. Rooms are traditional with a cozy old Florida Colonial feel, yet updated. Comfortable beds. A deck area with colorful comfy chairs to hang out, with barbecue grills to use, ping pong table - great for those rainy days. My only negative would be the poor quality pillows. The beach is supplied with nice lounge chairs & umbrellas at 10 am every morning and the beach is soft sand without the huge crowds of most beaches this fabulous.
Some of the amenities were out of service and there are excessive fees for some in room services however the staff are friendly and helpful, the view from the deck is great. My family and I had a awesome experience. I have recommended this place to friends already.
