Live 30 minutes from store. Every product purchased has been as described, a good value and of very high quality.The store is well stocked and the sales help go above and beyond. I'm very pleased with this store...
I love this place! I love their aprons and I buy them all the time for my non-profit organization. They wear the best!! You get them here for 1/2 the price as a store in the Mall. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
When I called to see about missing items, and report the dented pots, they wanted me to take them to UPS and ship them back. ( I have a William Sonoma store 1 mile away) but the items had shipped from another location. They wanted them shipped vs. returned near me. Returns are shipped, even when the damage was on their end. The inconvenience was mine to resolve. Really poor customer service policy.
Not a well run store, very disappointing and frustrating experience.
The manager was extremely condensing and not accommodating. The entire experience was a tragedy of errors.
