One year ago, May 12, 2016 Dr. Omar Hussamy performed a Partial Left Hip Replacement. After initial post- op follow up, I didn't hear from him. For the past six weeks, the hip has been giving me trouble, aching when I lay on it at night, the leg is swelling, and I still have to use a cane. Called for an appointment today May 10, 2017 & was informed that Dr. Hussamy is no longer in practice. Because of this I can only give the doctor 2 stars.
Dr. Guess repaired both my torn rotator cuff and my wife's. He is the best!
HAD TOTAL SHOULDER REPLACEMENT IN oCT OF 16. GREAT JOB. AM NOW GOLFING AGAIN AND FULL MOVEMENT BACK. ALSO FIXED TORN ROTATOR CUFF WHILE INSTALLING NEW SHOULDER.
Incompetent surgeon who will perform any type of surgery presented to him. I am a tennis player who had (and still has) a torn labrum. Dr. Hussamy never anchored the repair so that after a year of physical therapy I returned to tennis only to have my shoulder shread after the first week. I have since had another surgery to repair his poor repair. I have spent thousands of dollars and massive amounts of time in PT strengthening myself in order to return to the sport I love. I have suffered a great deal,because I made the wrong choice of physician. Don't make the same mistake.
I have had both the right and left rotator cuff's repaired. He did an outstanding job. I would recommend him to everyone. He is now helping with a knee problem.
