Oh! Want your hospital records? They will charge you BIG $$$ to get them so you can't file any complaints, but my lawyer told me they are REQUIRED BY LAW to allow me to look at them.
They had a crazy shrink over at the mental health center across the street that just loves to use ECT - AKA shock treatments - on anybody he can find. The mental health center is part of the main hospital.
They have no clue what they are doing there. They were treating me for depression when I told them over and over that I had something else. They almost KILLED ME. There are some things that can't be helped by medication, but someone better tell the people at this hospital that!
Hands down the most run down and terrifying place I've ever stepped foot in. Staff were cool, but don't expect someones nightmare to get anything but worse being locked in there LOL
Need to be closed down. They are no help. They hold people there against there will, even if they weren't supposed to be there. The Staff is rude and talk to you like dirt. They hang up in you face and very disorganized place.
This place is terrible. Been in multiple times and it hasn’t gotten better. The staff makes it clear that they don’t really care for you, not to mention the “doctors” there try to pry any negative information out of you so they can keep you longer than needed. Also they have no problem breaking doctor-patient confidentiality. The only decent thing about this place is Ms. Ciara. She’s at least nice and will have a normal conversation with you about any topic. Honestly this place went to total garbage after Dr. Dean left.
Next, they love to violate HIPAA by talking to people "off the record" and without permission.
