I had a great experience this afternoon. One of the keys was the time of day that I went. There were very few people there when I arrived so the wait time was only about 15 minutes. The woman who waited on me was both professional and knowledgeable. She had me in and out in 10 minutes.
I went in last Thursday afternoon. From the heat 3 people were already there. My number was called in 3 minutes. My questions were answered and I received wonderful service. In NYC I used to get in line at 6am to beat the crowds that showed up at 9am. I'm glad the line is at the other extreme here in Vero Beach Florida.
People spend more appropriate times like 3-4 hours there!
