HORRIBLE PLACE! If you love and care about your child(ren)'s health and well being STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THE GIFFORD HEALTH CENTER! The nurses and receptionists are horribly rude and you can tell they don't want to be there. Every appointment I made in advance and they still always made my daughter and I wait over an hour every time. They take walk-ins before appointments and they always confuse my daughter with other patients. They don't know what the hell they are doing in that place. The one time I needed them to help my daughter because she was in pain and couldn't pass a blockage she had in her colon and they sent her away and said she was fine when my daughter had almost 1/2 a pound of poo in her that she couldn't get out. I had to rush her back an hour later and demand they help her. If you voice any questions or concerns, they make you feel like you are just worried too much and brush it off, but a parent always knows their baby best and when something isn't right we know. Please take your babies somewhere else for medical care. I'm surprised they haven't killed anyone yet.
Called during business hours and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Hung up without ever speaking to anyone.
All my kids have been seen here since they were little babies..
Great place, nurse's and the doctors are very nice. And they try there best to help you with all your needs.
