Very happy with the care I am receiving through Dr Balthazar and the entire staff. Unable to work now and have no insurance they helped me get approved through the We Care program. They were as excited as I am. I am now getting much needed treatment.
Called to schedule an appointment after 30 minutes on hold they answered said "okay one moment" then immediately hung up on me.
I've been hung up on after waiting on hold for 45 minutes so ive called back and now I've been on hold for an hour! Still going... This is pathetic.
Their dental office almost never pick up their phone no matter what time of day I call. I've been trying to make an appointment for cleaning for weeks now but I get put on hold for almost an hour. They're supposed to be there for low income families, but they won't pick up their damn phone. Why do they even have it if they're not going to answer?
As a future healthcare student I really feel that the care part of healthcare was missing. I waited about 2 hours to see Doctor Witni Balthazar. I had notes about my symptoms and other stuff that I wanted to go over with him but he rushed through everything. He told me he could only do one thing at a time which I understood but he didn’t take the time to sit and listen to my concerns. Other than that it was an ok visit, the ladies in the Lab department are nice and were able to get to my veins that are hard to reach. Overall, poor interpersonal skills justifies my experience at this establishment to be a two star rating.
