First off, the staff here is very rude and move at a snail's pace while they work on your jewelry. The woman (who I think owns it) insinuated that if the ring guards they installed on my rings turned my finger green that it would be my fault and not the fact that they may use inferior metal for their guards. I was told over the phone that the guards were gold filled and when in the store told that they were gold plated. Upon asking what metal was beneath the gold (as we all know, plating wears away after time) the lady had no idea and just said "base metal". If these guards turn my finger green I will be returning and demanding a full refund.
I've taken many pieces of jewelry to Titans, and have never had any problems.... Only high quality work and great prices !! I'm bringing more soon !!! They're trust worthy and do a great job !!
