Arrogance and rudeness seems to be the constant here from the owners to their staff. Stopped to get a new watchband for a Corum watch and the onle person there was more interested in dusting the dsplay cases than providing service. When he did he was extremely rude and told us he was too busy.
I had my Cartier watch serviced. This store was better in every way than Cartier New York. I love the convenience and the quality of effort. Only wish they were open more often.
I always find Harry and his wife to be very good to work with; offering beautiful high end jewelry at fair prices. I've been dealing with them for years.
The owner of this store is rude and disgusting. I'm calling Cartier today to ask them why they keeping such a moron as a Cartier distributor. I advise you to travel the 90 minutes to palm beach to deal with decent, knowledgeable Cartier stores. This Vero beach store is worthless; can you imagine he service after sale!?!?!?!
Sadly the people who have bothered to review Harry haven't taken the time to get to know him. He's excellent about customer service and my wife and I have known him for years. I would not hesitate to do business here and will continue.
