Huge Fans of Helene Keil, the Interior Designer who redid our Oceanfront Condo in Vero Beach!! We found Helene through Sandy's Furniture (the high end furniture retailer in Vero). Helene was our key designer and advisor during a complete upgrade of our condo. She did a fantastic job capturing our needs/likes/dislikes and came up with a complete and cohesive design that we just LOVE! It is funky and modernized to our taste with appropriate blend of engaging oceanfront feel without getting "Florida" (not to our taste). Helene is very talented and reads customers well - given room to move on her ideas she can make designs come alive within budgets. We recommend her to all of our friends.
Unfortunately, the vero consumer review is same experience I am having with this company. Huge run around and delays from a defective table and after 3.5 months of being lied to and mixed stories (thankfully I documented each phone call & conversation), I no longer want the table or have anything to do with this company. Sandy is refusing a refund.
If there were negative stars, that is what I would be using. and yes, kids telling one thing and Sandy another. Be very careful buying anything that may need replaced under warranty. There are plenty of other furniture shops in Vero and surrounding areas that have much better policies, customer service and same furniture. I will be disputing the charges and seeking refund.
