They need to train people better.
It is the store policy that you have 2 days to pick up your items.

The reason that they claimed that they knew nothing about the delivery was because the employee that rang up our items was out sick.
Paid for our items and made sure they knew that we wanted it delivered.
If I had not called today I doubt they would have called me and I would be out my money.
If you don't then by what I seen you are out the items and your money.

Went in and bought a bed and other things on Monday.
At about 1:45 I get a call back telling me that I didn't pay for the items to be delivered. So I had to rush out and get more money and take it to them.
You never know what you might find here - I always find something I didn't know I needed! Prices are good, especially with the sales. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Now don't get me wrong I understand about someone being sick. However a screw up like this can cost people money and not get the item they paid for.
We asked 3 times when we paid for the items if the delivery charge was dropped included and was told yes.
Tuesday I called around 12:45-1:15 and the person I spoke with knew nothing about our items.
I thought great. Big mistake.
After a very short time on hold I was told that they would be delivered around 2:00pm.
