I had a great experience with Vero Beach Ashley HomeStore recently! I've been looking for a couch and had my eye on this certain one for awhile. After taking measurements of the whole couch and finding out it wouldn't work, I was disappointed.
Cons: Had to wait a week and a half to be scheduled for our delivery. You wait inside a 5 hour window for it to get to you. Had an issue with our sofa and waited 2 weeks for a tech to come look at it. Our recliner was put on back order and was rescheduled for delivery twice before it finally got to us three weeks later
I had a great experience in the store. The delivery was excellent as well. The 2 delivery gentlemen were very understanding when the guard at the gated refused to let them in. They actually loaded the entertainment center piece by piece into my SUV and went in with me to set it up !!! They went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. Thank you all very much !!
I decided to go back and brainstorm with my sales person, Robert Rosado, because he was extremely helpful and patient with me. He put in great effort by re-arranging the floor model, removing one piece and re-measuring so I could see how it would look and ensure a perfect fit! I was impressed with his thought process and work ethic when he knew I really wanted to make this sectional fit in my home. Robert never got pushy or unpleasant with me and my family and didn't give up on us!
The entertainment center is high quality and looks great!

We had an excellent experience at your store. We had previously been at the other furniture store next door and we were never greeted or acknowledged the entire time we walked around. Your staff greeted us right away and were very professional. Donald was exceptional and went above and beyond to find us the perfect dining room set. We will definitely be back again to see Donald.
