The self check out machines are sketchy. They don't beep sometimes. I often need to cancel items. The one woman there in the morning is run off her feet. God bless her.
They now have a camera on you as you check out. It's a strange experience. But go early take your time and it's fine. I like the selection of soda and Coke they have at the back.
Much easier to deal with than a full sized Walmart. I've yet to be in a checkout line with more than one customer ahead of me. Staff is zoned out like a regular store, but the lack of crowds and easy parking are the real draws anyway. I've run into some poor stocking issues a few times, but it's a busy store so that isn't terribly surprising. Again the attraction is easy parking, smaller crowds in the store, and of course good pricing. Non-engaged staff and occasionally sold out items are a small price to pay for the benefits, I wouldn't even count it against them.
Convenient for a quick trip for a few items. Selection is much more limited than a typical grocery store, but it's well located and easy self check-out.
The shopping experience is one of the best because someone is going to ask you if you need help no matter who or what position. The prices are reasonable in every department. I just love Vero Beach Wal Mart Neighborhood Market. Nothing else tops it.
