Such a helpful place. Everyone who works there is so nice and will go out of their way todo something for you. If you need something they will help you find it, if they don't have it they will get it in for you. Great store
When I order my sub online 70% of the time they haven't even started making it when I arrive at the pickup time or even after. Went In today 7 minutes after pickup time. They hadn't even made it. I told the woman in the deli that this always happens. She said that she knows but there's only one person on the deli line. That's not my problem I told her. They made my sub immediately after finishing a customer's sub. I went to the courtesy desk and told an older woman named Jean about my experience. Her reply was "okay". That was it. No trying to fix the matter. Dismissed. End of discussion. Don't bother me. Most everyone at Publix is courteous and the store is extremely clean but you are taking a big gamble if you order online from the deli. I hope Jean brushes up on her customer service skills and the deli gets their act together.
I have always liked & enjoyed my shoppinp journeys at this store. They keep it clean & sprinking. The employees are always very helpful & willing to get & do what you need.
Publix is super customer service orientated and besides always being helpful, they're always solving whatever problems might arise. The store is clean, well stocked, always enough carts and a large parking lot for even the busiest day.
For the most part this Publix is friendly and helpful unfortunately their Seafood counter the young lady who works there who must be a supervisor constantly leaves you waiting standing at the counter she's restocking Frozen stuff she's got her back to the counter at saddens me that I had to stand there before being acknowledged for 8 minutes while she was just six feet away I hope this improves
