Horrible service not worth being ripped off
Great trucks big and small
So we were interested in a White 2008 Ford F-350 that the company had listed for sale for 28,900. My boyfriends goes up to look at the truck and started talking to the salesman Alex. As soon as he heard that we had a brand new set of tires to put on the truck he "try's" to make a deal of 25,000 out the door including tax, title, etc. with $4-5,000 down in cash.....without the tires and rims that are currently on the truck (not really much of a deal what so ever). Next day we take the truck to my father ,at our family owned auto shop, who is a professional diesel mechanic with 25+ years of experience. We find several issues with the truck right off the bat adding up to about $3'500 just to start. But owning our own shop helps with being able to fix the issues with no problem. We drive the truck back to the dealership and start to talk to Alex again and see if we can work something out. We put the offer in on still paying what they are asking but we are going to keep the rims and tires that are currently on the truck. He comes back with saying no and that if we wanted to keep the rims and tires we were gonna have to put down ANOTHER $1000. Who in their damn mind would EVER buy a truck for $30k with NO DAME tires or rims on the truck and knowing it has front end issues and leaks that we would legitimately have to drive it from their dealership straight to my auto shop to get fixed correctly. We fully understand it being an "older" truck, we understand it's gonna have "some" issues but 30k for a 2008 with no tires or rims with front end issues.....NO THANK YOU!
