They are knowledgeable and very friendly, that is why they are busy. Good service & friendly is an unbeatable.
When you lose a phone and need their services they don't tell you what you're required to do without running around, back and forth, you do what they ask and its a mess to get your phone back. Use real names or addresses because if you don't u have to start all the way back over.
The only reason I gave one star is because it was required to post my review. I would give none! A couple of weeks before Christmas I bought a wireless headset for my roommate. I asked the clerk for a gift receipt because it was to be a Christmas gift. He said they didn't have gift receipts. He said he would check to see if they worked. He hooked them up to his phone and said they were working. Well, when my roommate received the gift and tried to use them the charge only lasted for about 1 1/2 hrs as opposed to the 8-10 hrs as claimed. He tried to return them to the store but they wouldn't take them because of the time passed. He has to call the company, get a shipping label and send them back in. They received the headset and returned them immediately because they are Non-LG. they came in an LG box and had a # on the set. They are knock offs! And we got ripped off!!!!!
