Excellent service. Made moving day better for sure. Brought back my truck and they even helped me fold the pads to avoid additional charges. That is above and beyond service and not found these days.
I loved their customer service. HOWEVER, the lady explained to me how she wanted a good review and I was more than willing to do so since I loved the service. UNTIL I seen they charged my bank account twice. She told me previously that another client had that issue and left a bad review . I have been renting uhauls on the regular lately and my first time going to Oslo Road Storage my card gets charged twice. I understand there is an initial hold and then you get charged seperatley per your mileage. I think Oslo road storage needs to contact their uhaul people and figure out what their doing wrong. No other uhaul location has EVER done this. Unfortunately due to this hassle i will never be back.

Update: this woman erroneously filed paperwork saying i had the truck until 9pm. When it was returned at 2. Maybe a lawyer would like to hear of this.
I was a customer for 8 months. They always have equipment and courtesy. Good people and highly secured facility.
