I love this storage facility! George and his wife are amazing owners. I've used their facility on and off over the years and they have always treated me kindly and professionally and the facility is amazing! A few times I knew I was going to be late; I simply reached out ahead of time and the owners were very cool about my situation. I wholeheartedly approve and endorse this business if anyone needs to store their belongings.
I have had a unit with Aero Treasure Coast Storage for 3 years I've always paid my bill I was behind on a couple of payments due to life circumstances I tried to explain this to the owner. I went to collect a few personal items like pictures and an old doll house my grandfather made me but the owner came at me, threw my boxes at me and threatened to lock me in my storage unit. He actually started to lock me in. I have the police involved but I hope to anyone thinking of getting a unit at this facility to think again for your safety. This establishment is the most unprofessional place I've ever experienced.
