The place looks like its run down. The roof was leaking everywhere. The service was not so good. I didn't get my full order. Plus she didn't give me a receipt so when I went to get the rest of my meal she made me pay again. I will not be coming back.
Food was good. Service quick, but the dining room had a big hole in the ceiling and only like 3 open tables to sit at.
My husband and I went to this facility on July 22 2017. We both ordered the triple thick bacon roast beef sandwich meals. My husband is allergic to mayo so we both requested that neither sandwich have mayo so he wouldn't get a reaction which we specifically stated to the lady at the register. We were assured that the sandwich is not supposed to have mayo on it at all anyways so we were happy. We usually check before leaving as we get our meals to go most times but since customer service was great we didn't bother. We drive home and low and behold BOTH sandwiches were slathered in mayo. I called this location and spoke to a supervisor who was very nice. She offered a choice between a refund or replacement sandwich. So July 23rd I went to the location to get a sandwich instead of a refund because that is what we went for originally. I explained the situation and repeated the offer from supervisor from phone call and asked for replacment triple thick bacon roast beef. I was busy on the phone with someone I had been trying to contact for days and when I got the food I thanked the lady and left so I could meet with them before taking food to my husband. I got home and gave my husband the sandwich and wouldn't you know there was no mayo! BUT there was NO roast beef either. It was lettuce tomato and bacon in a bun. Now I'm usually easy going when things like this happen but for them to place a substance SPECIFICALLY requested to be absent due to an allergy then forget a MAIN ingredient on the FIXED meal, I am very disappointed. I was grateful they were willing to replace the sandwich but to mess up TWICE back to back! Ridiculousness. I will certainly be checking our food consistently now like I should have done but jeez guys! Will be losing my business for a while.
New owners, so not the same warm fuzzy feeling as before, but present staff are very nice.
I had the pizza slider with mozzarella and it was great. I would order it again. Heather the manager gets to know the customers personally. She makes a point to greet me every time I come in.
