EXCELLENT MOVE--WELL DONE FROM START TO FINISH.
I would give zero stars if it was an option. A total disaster from start to finish. We paid almost 20k for the total job, both packing and moving. SO MANY broken, missing items, another "truck breakdown" with conflicting stories as to why from driver and headquarters. Over a week late, my children and I were left sleeping on air mattresses with delay after delay. Our things arrived in terrible shape from being packed wrong and from being jammed into a steaming hot truck for 2 weeks. SO VERY unprofessional. I was in tears. I could go on forever about how terrible this company was to work with. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. You'll regret it for years to come.
Went in for a simple trailer weigh. Could not have been a simpler transaction. Only $5. Quick and simple.
did not box tv's properly or mattress's as requested. Even after telling the sales staff multiple times about the terms of payment they never did their job to arrange with my company and basically held my stuff hostage for 4 hours until things were resolved. If it weren't for the great experience I had with the driver who is not affiliated with this company I would have given 0 stars. If you have to move, do your self a favor and use anyone but this company.
They moved me twice in the last 3 1/2 years. Very professional, very thorough, very fast moving. Great manners.
