Great all around. I would recommend them to my friends and family. They moved us down to Delray and did a great job. True professionals. We had some last minute schedule changes and extra work that needed to be and they handled it flawlessly

We did a full-pack and long-distance move from Hollywood to Vero, from our 2 story house to a 3-story house on a cul-de-sac. So there were substantial logistical challenges some stuff was going to their storage in Vero, they had to pack a lot of really fragile items that were really valuable and we needed in done pretty fast but they the guys managed quite well all things considered. There was only minimal and incidental damage - a few scuffs that were easily fixed with furniture marker, a shelf and chair leg that were broken but repaired to our satisfaction in their warehouse and delivered back to us free of charge within two weeks.
We did experience a few issues stemming from hardware missing when putting the furniture back together and the manager on call was able to get the correct pieces and go to Home Depot or Lowes and get the right pieces. We were particularly impressed by the professionalism and obvious expertise of Darrel (job manager), Alex (delivery/unpacking day manager), and Jaques (driver/packer/unpacker). There were two guys that worked hard but they could have done a better job securing screws on end tables and beds but Alex and Jacques were more than willing to spend extra time fixing those mistakes as soon as they were pointed out.
On the administration side, Guy came out and spent several hours providing us with a detailed, guaranteed quote and Gina is the point person to get things done when calling in before your move. Both are professional, efficient, and friendly. Bottom line: Moving all of one's earthly belongings is always a headache--there will be glitches--but if you are a reasonable individual who understands this then any issues can be easily and quickly addressed with the 4 friends team. Communication is key. They are probably not the cheapest option (and readily admit to this), but as with many choices in life, you often get what you pay for. There was not a single request/item we asked them to address that was not done immediately with an "absolutely, sir" or "yes, ma'am." Furthermore, the additional follow-up by Paulina personally post-move was unusual and a pleasant surprise. She seemed to be genuinely conerned about our repairs and settlement/unpacking process (even the weather). We wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone undertaking a big, substantial move and would certainly employ them again in the future.
This place is somewhat of a drive for us but definitely worth it. Tucked away in the tequesta area, the restaurant is really nice inside, everyone is friendly. The food was awesome. Everything from the apps, to the meatballs (which were the best I've had), and everything else. Drinks were mixed really well also.
This is great moving company that I would highly recommend to anybody that needs help packing and moving. When I called to get a quote it was very upfront and affordable and it was easy to get the movers booked and everything squared away. On moving day the guys who showed up were very clean cut looking guys that had a great attitude from start to finish. They came into my home and helped me pack everything up, they labeled everything for me and they were just extremely helpful, they were careful with moving and loading everything onto their moving truck, then unloaded all of the things into my new house and reassembled everything. It took a lot less time than I thought it would, these guys worked so hard and didn't take any breaks so I bought them some pizza and soda so that they would - they deserved it!
This is a really great company and I would recommend to anybody who needs help moving.
In the begining from start to finish, we had great personalized moving service from 4 Friends, especially from Ron (dispatch manager), who informed that he will be available by cell phone throughout the move. This proved this to be the case, by promptly responding to emails and messages late at night or early in the morning.
Nice to know there is a moving company that can actually handle your move if you have nice stuff. They packed us up into their storage, gave us a free month and delivered or stuff without a scratch.
