Never had problems with this place until tonight. Very poor customer service, made the wrong pizza, told us to wait for the new one, then messed up the order again. We left without pizzas. Never again will go to Dominoes
The second time we had a house filled with people and kids for a Christmas Cooke decorating party. We ordered several pizzas and orders of wings, but were only delivered part of the order. When I called to ask when the rest of the food would be delivered so I could decide whether or not to just cancel it and throw some food in the oven for the kids at home (since they had already waited so long) he told me I couldn't cancel the order and would just have to wait. I asked how he planned to resolve the situation and he said he planned to do nothing, and refused to even apologize or acknowledge that a mistake had been made. He then got very argumentative with me and when I reminded him that he had done this to me before, I asked if he had any customer service training and if I could speak to his supervisor. He yelled at me, and said I could try and call back at another time to find his boss but that he had done nothing wrong. I then asked if he was refusing to resolve the situation, he just repeated over and over (same fashion as before) "I'm done talking to you, I'm done talking to you" like a petulant child. I have worked as a restaurant manager and in the business for over a decade and never in my life have I been treated this way. I have contacted corporate who just sends coupons, as if I would ever order from this store ever again, and I have had no one contact me. Which is a shame because it is the only chain delivery pizza that is decent tasting.
I have had two back to back horrid experiences with this store, both involving the "manager" Christopher. The first time, I ordered through the app using a coupon code and free pizza reward. My receipt on the app was for $18, but when the delivery came to the door the bill was $35. I paid it and called the store, and Chris told me he doesn't deal with complaints regarding coupons. When I asked whom to call, he told me to call corporate. I asked how corporate would refund me, considering it was the Vero Beach store that had processed my payment and therefor the only ones able to issue a refund. He cut me off, and kept repeating "call the number call the number" over and over like a child. I called corporate and they told me they could send me a coupon to make up for it, but that the store would have to be the one to issue the credit. I called back several times and left messages, no one ever called me back.
One of the best Pizza's I have ever had, anywhere, not just from Domino's. The staff was friendly when I went to pick it up, and even added a coupon that I would've missed out on. This is exactly what you want from a Pizza place; great staff and great food. Bravo!
Great pizza! The service was quick. I ordered a few hours in advance for pick-up. I was early so I waited for a bit. Overall, great experience but most of all, they donate a portion of the money to 8th grade graduation in Imagine.
I suppose there getting better, I jut dont understand how many times they get the order wrong!!!Makes ya want to put yr own chain in sheeeesh....food is great when they get the order right....jut writing cause it has happen a bunch of times now.Just wish people would do there job correct. Would have been 3 stars but today is my bday so 1 star....
