As a member of Planet Beach since 2007, I would like to brag on the people at Planet Beach of Vero AND their services! First, the staff and owners of Planet Beach are the most sincere people and treat their customers with the utmost respect and accommodation. Whatever you need - they take care of. (For example, there is always a nice cold water bottle next to my towel when I go to hot sauna - love it! ) This is why I have been a customer for over 3 years and will continue to be. The girls who work there are so helpful in ensuring that each customer maximizes their experience at the salon. (Recently I was taught how to adjust the settings on they hydra-massage for my personal preferences.) Second, if you care about taking care of your body and your health, and don't have a lot of spare time, Planet Beach is a blessing. Sometimes, I work 10 hour days and on my way home, I am so thankful that I can call the girls at Planet Beach and schedule a relaxing service (either a hydration, a slim-pod session, or hydra-massage) to enjoy before I go home. This is often the best part of my day; a 20-30 minute session at Planet Beach can do wonders for unloading all the stress of the day. Plus, feeling good keeps you looking good.So, regardless of whether you have 10 minutes to pop in for a spray tan or 3 hours to pamper yourself on the weekend, you have to check this place out! I hope that Planet Beach continues to thrive in Vero, there is nothing like it.
I just bought a new membership form Gloria yesterday. I went in and yes I did have to wait (it as very busy and I didn't have an appt) but I have to say IT WAS FABULOUS! Everyone was soooo nice! The music was soothing. The machines were clean and well maintained. I moved here a year ago and have been looking for SOMETHING to soothe my aching muscles and I have found it! The SlimSpa is AMAZING! The entire place is AMAZING! I am a real customer and just wanted to share my experience and tell you not to take someone else's word--SEE FOR YOURSELF and YOU WILL LOVE IT! Something else I noticed-ALL of the customers were in great moods! They walked in excited to be there and left feeling light and happy! Wow-THAT speaks VOLUMES to me! Just try it, you'll be REALLY glad you did. Tell Gloria Tammy sent you!
AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I do not know what these other reviews were thinking writing such negative. I had a great experience. I was greeted very warmly and they were beyond friendly to me. I recently got married and they fit me in to there busy schedule so that I could look great on my big day. The services were more than I expected and you could tell the staff knew what they were talking about when it came to the products and machines they offer. I will most definitely be signing up as a member when the new year comes around, the prices are very favorable, there was never anything about $200 for me, they said it was $79 for unlimited everything! Heck yeah! Its a small price to be beautiful! I am very excited about this place and will be spreading the word on how great it really is.
Yep, all the previous negative mentions were right, I had the same terrible experience when it comes to the high prices, and lack of customer service and I just met someone at my work that confirmed that she let her membership cancel itself long ago due to the fact that these owners have such a high turnover that you might think things are ok when you first sign up, but there is always someone new when you go and this leads to all sorts of confusion and misinformation on products and services to closing early, holiday hours, policies, membership info, the list goes on. The $79 this person below mentioned was so fantastic, does not include all of their services, and ends up being a rip off for several reasons. Take the advice of those that have actually been real individual's and not the owners trying to negate the honest feedback on here, save your money!!! This place doesn't deserve it!
