I've had mixed experiences at the Sam's photo center... sometimes the service is great, other times, service is sorely lacking. But each time I've had prints made, the colors and quality are great! But the experience leaves a sour taste. This evening I did the self service kiosk print order, since no one was at desk... I've ordered prints this way several times, usually poster size prints. This evening I had two poster prints made, and typically it takes twenty minutes or less. I order the prints, shop for a few items, then grab a bite at Pizza counter, and then head to photo center and usually the prints are done and waiting. Tonite, after shopping and eating, I head to photo center and ask for the prints. Apparently they have not even begun to print them as the tech looked at the order then quickly started to change out paper to make the large prints. I did not have time to wait further so left, to return and pick up prints later. This is the second time this has happened... only after I returned to pick up the prints, did the tech install the proper width paper to start the order. That seems backwards.
