Clean, higher prices but better quality clothing. Fitting rooms seem to always be a disaster though, but I just do my part, take out what I bring in. All and all, good place, nice employees, aside from the este lauder counter... trying to get a sample to try before buying a 48$ small cover up was like pulling teeth, then after buying the cover uo, it didn't match, which they claim to be experts
Had some ladies with yhe name Shari and terri treat me so bad I asked Shari to help me first . I asked both of them for help n they just ignored me n went to the next person.. Shari and Terri were so rude! Never seen such a sorry employees treat customers like this..

Barbara in Home Goods at the Vero Beach Macy's is an exemplary sales person. She is truly customer friendly, with good insight in how to we wanted to continue in a large purchase of multiple items. We bought into a program to help Make A Wish,etc. and know WHATEVER we need, we are going back to Macy"s and Barbara!!Good job, Macy"s!
