Reserved a car online, attempted to pick it up and there were no cars available with “12 other people ahead” of us and the location only thought “about 4” cars were going to be returned throughout the day. Very unreliable and Budget’s poor customer service favors money making potential even if it means completely ruining vacations.

The worst customer service. Phyllis and her employees are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They overbook cars and don't have any on the lot when you get there and then are rude to you.
We love our Budget rental! We send a lot of people here to rent cars. We have always had great customer service and Phyllis is a gem to work with!!
