Scott and the other staff was very helpful. Prices were reasonable. Car was fine. Would rent here again.

I booked this rental online, and the price was way below many others I could have found elsewhere or at the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Car could have been just a bit cleaner (after the wash, it wasn't dried, so all the windows and mirrors were spotty), and we found a Corona cap in the cupholder.)
A hurricane bearing down on Vero Beach. Scott took care of my mom making sure she had a car, took her to drop off another car and filled Avis car up with full tank of gas. I rarely leave reviews but was worried and relieved and thankful to Scott and Avis.
The experience I had at Avis was better than expected value wise. I got a great rental at an even greater price. The staff was very accommodating at the Vero Beach location and I would use Avis again without hesitation.
