Would give 0 stars if could. Traded in a vehicle we were buying from them toward a new car which the new dealer was paying off. They didnt immediately receive a check from new dealer as things take time to process. They were angry they wouldnt be receiving the interest on the rest of the loan so they threatened my wife saying they would be taking her new car and by the time she woke up in the morning it would be gone. Takes big men to try to scare a woman. Beware also. One day late paying and your car wont start
We bought a an 04 trail blazer 8 weeks ago. We had problems with the vehicle that we spoke about BEFORE WE drove off the lot...."oh its ok we will take care of it" according to John at the Melbourne store. However we got the run around for 3wks before the vero store finally scheduled us to come in, however we had to skip a payment... THEY ARE NOT AFRAID TO SHUT YOUR VEHICLE OFF FOR NON-PAYMENT, they finally scheduled an appointment to look at the vehicle that we had problems with that supposedly gets an inspection! Two weeks later NOT all of the problem were fixed! I am completely aware not all is covered on their warranty but, when asked what may be the cause of front end noise "John Stepanek" said oh its a used vehicle nothing is wrong w your balljoints, this was said to my fiancé., she then brings the car home i look under....20secs of looking and "I found bushings that were falling apart and CV boot slinging grease everywhere" basically he ASSUMED we were after more warranty work when she wanted to know what could be making the noise.
THEY REEL YOU IN WITH WORDS!!! We will never buy from there again.

I have 2 vehicles from here and both I thoroughly searched beforehand but both have proven strong and stable. The staff is friendly and understanding. They even worked with me during the slow season so that the experience was positive for both the customer and company. I recommend them to anyone that needs a good vehicle. Prices are a bit higher but for what I got I'm satisfied.
I would never go here and get a car they not good would not help nobody then they wanna put a thing in your car if y can not pay ur car note that month it OK I got a better car do not need them I will let all my friends and family do not go here..
Thank God for good people!!! I'm a resident of West Melbourne now for two yrs. Just last yr had a accident that left me and my family without a car. Well by the grace of God we were blessed with a car! ( not from Stepanek's) Unfortunately the car we got was not the best car for a family with a disable military member who has multiple appointments to go to. After going online and doing some research we found a few dealers who seem to have good deals. Well that was a bust
