After going 8 months without headlights and going to 4 different places and replacing both assemblies, both ballasts, igniters and bulbs I finally gave up and then my dad and a couple close friends told me to take my GTi to EPR and within 3 hours they figured out that it was all just a internal wiring issue and fixed it and now I have headlights and I am very happy. I highly recommend this place if you want the job done right and done right the first time.
This is a group that knows what they are doing with VW's. They have done both maintenance and repair on my VW EOS and every time was a great experience and the new Audi coils make her fly. So glad I met Eric in a parking lot when he inquired about my car. They are not cheap BUT you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend this team
Everyone was very friendly. Answered all my questions. And they suggested to me a cheaper option to what i wanted. Overall it was perfect!
Wayyyyyyyyyy better than most European auto shops and when compared to USP Motorsports....Well there's no comparison because EPR blows them completely out the water. USP has a money talks attitude while EPR has more of a I'll help even though you're miles away and not even a regular customer.
