Called looking for a new seat, was treated as if my call lacked importance and that they didn't want to be bothered with it.
I should have read the reviews before I came. The customer service is horrible. He snapped at my children for touching his bikes. Then demanded cash only after service. He held my daughter's bike until I drove to an ATM to bring back the cash. Will never come here again.
Terrible service
This shop is a joke! If this was the only shop in town I would tell my friends to go to Walmart or go buy tools and watch some youtube vids! If you visit this guys shop......good chance you will leave with high blood pressure. Good luck.
Took my wife's bike in after another shop quoted $100 to fix broken spokes. They fixed and charged $40.00 !!
