It's frustrating that this Branch no longer offers Drive thru services other than the ATM.
I should say that the tellers are always pleasant and helpful and almost redeem the entire experience....almost, but not quite.
I understand that they are trying to cut down on wait times by familiarizing customers with more automated systems, but it leaves me feeling unwelcome. I would rather drive to the miracle mile branch where I can wait in line in peace and no one accosts me with offers of ATM assistance.
Very nice people but who work there but five customers lined up for one teller no backup
Which, of course, means that a customer is vulnerable getting out of their car to walk across the parking lot with cash etc.
Every time I go to this bank they tell me to use the ATM. Why do they bother opening at all? Have yet to meet a helpful staff member. And closing at 4pm is a slap in the face of people who actually work. Realize we live in a retirement community, but damn, some of us aren't retired yet. Every time I interact with this location I want to switch banks.
Every time I visit this branch I leave feeling like they actually don't want me to visit the inside of the bank at all. There is usually a line (often only 1 teller) and the manager or some other employee will approach everyone waiting in line to ask why they are visiting the bank. Usually they say something like, "Can I help you make a deposit with the ATM today?" or "Did you know you can make deposits with mobile banking right from your phone?"
Consistently slow. 2 tellers 5 people in line and the bankers talk amongst themselves disregarding the long line. Typically I visit another back of America but this one is closest to my home.
