Sounds like WWII planes.
Trying to enjoy a nice quiet Saturday morning here in Vero Beach. But what do I hear every 5 minutes? RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!
I have studied in this school and after studying in it i can tell that this academy is only living on its legacy.
I rarely flew more than twice a week. Expensive to fly. I signed up for a 57 week course that was supposed to leave me with a commercial license. Took over a year to get a private and a private multi license. They had over 400 students when I started there, now they're down to about 150. They've lost a lot of their major contracts. Most of my classmates including me left and went over to Paris Air across the runway to continue our training.
I would like to congratulate the academy it's 45 years anniversary.
I had my basic pilot training here between 1979 and 1980. It was excellent and wonderful experience.
The instructors can teach you many things and alot of them are wrong, the management is not understanding nor helping alot, and students tend to find broken instruments in the aircraft or get engine shutting down on them in the flights.
I am study at Flight Safety Academy,Vero Beach in 1986
It couldave been the perfect place to learn flying once apon a time but now its unsafe and not a good place to learn correct ways to fly (deppends on which instructor of theirs you will het)
