Not very friendly or professional! I called and the gentleman that answered was trying to brush me off from the beginning of the call. Very short and hurried in his answers and apparently doesn't care about customer service. After one question about what areas they have available properties he suggested I call someone else. Just because I ask about a particular area doesn't mean I am not flexible on where we will rent a vacation property. Maybe they have nice properties but I never got far enough in conversation to learn about options and the conversation made me feel that if we needed something during our stay we'd be treated as an "inconvenience" or they may be too busy to provide assistance.
