Typical outdoor outlet shopping mall. There are quite a few empty store fronts, and no good court (but there is a McDonald's and cracker barrel at the entrance). We got a couple good sales. Would I go back? Yes.
Good location for Melbourne. Plenty of parking. Great prices.

My favorite outlet mall. Not too many people bombarding the stores so you can shop in peace. You can find Coach, Banana Republic, Samsonite, Nike...to name a few!!!
Weird traffic patterns. Great shops. Plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out.
