Child play area along with tennis courts and shuffle board. Lots of greengrass to picnic on or enjoy sitting on one of the many shaded benches. There is also a heritage center where they hold many events.
Great park with close bathrooms. The gates need to close better.
Pocahontas Park has slides and monkey bars, swings and places to run. There is a fence around the whole thing. The only thing I don't like is the rubber ground material. It gets super hot in the Florida sun. But since we don't want to be out at that time of day it isn't too much of an issue.
Excellent for kids. Very peaceful. My daughter LOVE IT.
