I can't say I've had the displeasure of hiring this company, since my initial interaction with them was in a Publix parking lot, where two young men in a Russell Payne Inc. van nearly caused an accident when they ran a stop sign and pulled in front of my pick-up truck with inches to spare. I may have simply taken this maltreatment and done nothing, but for the fact that when I pulled up next to their van at the next intersection, I caught them both staring at my truck and laughing at me. I definitely find it hilarious that Russell Payne would employ two reckless, discourteous people like these two, but I don't find it funny that they almost destroyed my $60,000 truck. If you want professionalism, I definitely would not hire this company, because you probably won't get it.
