If you want someone who will sit down and listen to what is going on with you, then you need Dr. Kelly. I have rarely seen her level of compassion even amongst many of the doctors I have seen. I am very choosy about who I see, and I will remain her patient as long as she remains in this area and as long as my coverage allows! Thank you, Dr. Kelly.
Dr Kelly is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She has always been very thorough in her evaluations and recommendations. She is also good at following up with me, which is something rare with doctors today. Dr Kelly has always served me well and I would recommend her to anyone!
If you want to feel like a human and not a number this is where you need to be! Dr. Kelly listens and takes time with you. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Kelly is a real person and it shows by the way she treats her patients.
Very disappointed. Dr. Kelly was highly recommended by a few people and I was anxiously waiting for my upcoming appointment which I had to wait 4 months for. I was called 1 week before and was informed that since I failed to submit my new patient packet 3 weeks prior to my appointment my appointment would be cancelled and now I had to wait another 2 months to get in. I understand that I failed to submit the paperwork 3 weeks prior but even when I offered to bring it in 1 week prior that was not acceptable. I was offered an appointment which was 2 months away but when I asked if they was any way possible to get an early morning appointment I was told that I was being accommodated and that their next available appointment for new patients isn't until March 2017 at which point I decided obviously they are too busy and not in need of new patients.
Eight month wait time to get in. Forty minute wait time in exam room after initial nurse consultation. Dr. Kelly was rude, abrupt and assumptive. Orders unnecessary and costly tests with other doctors. Will not return, will not recommend.
