In relation to Hurricane supplies - this store had wing nuts last year during the Hurricane Matthew scare when other stores ran out. My thought on hurricane supplies and subsequent returns is simple. The receipt says "Items must be new, unused & contain original packing/accessories." If you've opened your items and used them or maybe discarded the original packaging, you shouldn't be able to return them. Besides - why wouldn't you keep the supplies for a rainy day, or this case - another hurricane?
That's all I have to say - this is my review of Vero Beach Hardware. Take it or leave it.

Small home town hardware store, I've visited on a number of occasions when Home Depot or Lowes was simply "too far away" for what I needed.
They alway try to help you when your there. This store has alittle of everything. Price somewhat higher than the big box stores but the convience is what i love. That and the quality of the product they have
A warning sign on the front door warns shoplifters of the consequence of stealing. Do not pass go - do not collect $200 - straight to jail if you're caught stealing.
They have all of your essential hardware needs.
Located in Southwest Vero Beach - immediately west of the Goodwill Store - there is plenty of parking. Friendly and polite staff and even a Parrot to greet you upon entrance of the store. This Ace Hardware Store even has a mini United States Post Office for your postal needs. With a final call of 5 p.m. this postal facility is a bit more convenient than others, with no additional markup on fees.
Very unprofessional to have your online hours state that u are open till 7. When I drove there you were closed at 5:15, I understand it's the day before Thanksgiving but if you want leave early at least change your website plz. Other than this normally good service
Excellent service. Came in looking for a specific part, they were promptly able to help me find it. Reasonably priced. Store was very clean.
