One more point of thought is the reasonable pricing. It was actually cheaper to let the technicians at CPR repair my phone than it was to pay my insurance deductible for a remanufactured phone.

First time at this store and I was very impressed. Service was prompt, Greg was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend their store.
My beloved Nexxus 6P suffered a sudden and drastic battery failure. Despite other local stores turning me away, the staff at CPR helped diagnose the issue and ordered the needed battery. A few days later my phone is now as good as new. They did all of this at an incredibly competitive price.
I could not have had a better experience and I sincerely pray that they keep Greg and James as employees at this location. I'll be a customer for life if I keep getting that kind of customer service and reasonable pricing.

No better place to go than CPR Cell Phone Repair.The owner, Nancy couldn't have been nicer nor nor accomodating. I am Disabled and unable to get into her store.My phone died right before the hurricame. She came out to my Car to get my phone, had it fixed immediately as I waited so I would not be without a phone in a storm.I had never been there before. Know no other business that would have been as compassionate. The tecks Gregg and James really know there stuff.Need to say James, especially, went out of his way to be sure I had a working phone and answered, patiently, all my questions. Repair costs very reasonable.These folks really care. They now have me as a life long customer!
The guys at CPR were very personable and knowledgeable. They were able to repair my phone in a 24 hour period and within the time frame they promised. The task completed by the technicians appeared to be flawlessly executed. Additionally, the staff completed work on my Samsung phone that other companies were afraid to do.
