The front desk lady was very rude the entire time. I had called after two and a half weeks for my permanent crown when they told me a week and a half, complaining that my temporary crown had come out. She told me to come in and the dental assistant told me that my permanent crown was in and the office is closed this week until Friday. I called this morning asking when I can come in for my permanent crown as it was two and a half weeks of chewing on one side of my mouth. She denied that my permanent crown was in for five minutes until I demanded her to check. She came back on the phone and told me that I was right and it was in and for me to come in. Upon the dentist putting my permanent crown in, she put it in my mouth and then took it out and turned around. Upon her taking it out, it went down my throat and I had to hit my chest until it came out almost swallowing it. Overall, I was not impressed with the hospitality or work of this office.
