The company has changed drastically in many aspects. It was nice to go there for a location. Now they have nothing to eat, prices are high. Panera was sold to some coffee company, I've read on CNBC. Goodbye another chain..
My son loves the chicken noodle soup and French bread, which is the only reason I ever go to Panera. Today, I ordered the steak and white cheddar panini and half of it was cold. That's not what you want on a "hot" sandwich. In the past I've had salads in which the chicken still had ice on it. Overall, I can't stand this place, but since the soup is my son's favorite food, I have to endure it. It's a shame, too, because the options sound good, but the final product never is anymore.
Pain to access as no direct entry. Good rewards program.
Food good, service so so. I hesitate to say anything negative about people who work hard but I can't understand why with so many on staff and not one other customer besides me that I waited 3 minutes before a staff member pushed the button for my espresso. I realize 3 minutes is not long, but several employees where doing nothing, and so I waited watching them talk.
Great place for a chain. They are very quick & reliable! Nice & friendly staff! The food is constantly very good.
