My husband and I went to see Mr Albrecht to have a Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive prepared for both of us.The documents were prepared perfectly the fist go around. Mr Albrecht is a very professional, nice and caring man. We both had great conversation with him. He makes you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend him. He is the best!
For this "advice" he charged us $90. Essentially he wasted 30-40 minutes of our time and to tell us he is unwilling or unable to provide basic legal service.
Based on previous reviews my wife and I met with David Albrecht.
We met for 30-40 minutes to discuss a relatively simple will and medical directive. During this time Albrecht asked a few basic questions and spent the remaining time creating reasons why he is unable to provide any service to us. He finally referred us to an other attorney.
Upon relocating from MN to FL, David was extremely helpful in updating my will, healthcare directive, living will and durable power of attorney to meet FL laws. His explanation of options was clearly stated and I understood exactly what was to be done. I feel very confident in David's abilities and am happy he is right there with me when I need him.
Unfortunately there was nothing positive in this experience. The office environment is unpleasant, Albrecht must have had a sinus infection or other malady as he sniffed and snorted throughout the meeting. All in all a very unprofessional experience.
